How to cancel a domain

 You can choose to cancel your domain immediately or at the end of the domain term (so that domain does not automatically renew for another term)

Steps:

1. Log in to the website at https://www.enlightendomains.co.nz
2. In Client Area tab, select My Domains from the side navigation area
3. Select the Cancel option for the domain you wish to cancel
4. To cancel your domain immediately, select the option to Cancel Immediately
5. To cancel your domain at the end of its current term, select the Do Not Renew option
