How to change preferred payment method/change credit card details


The Domains system offers 3 ways to pay for your domains: credit card, direct debit, and direct credit.

You can change your preferred payment method and update your credit card details within the Domains system 



  1. Log in to the website at
  2. In Client Area tab, select My Account from the side navigation area
  3. Select the Payment Details tab
  4. If changing payment method, select which payment method you want, then select 'Save Changes'
  5. If updating credit card details, input desired card number, card security code, card expiry date, then select 'Save Changes'


Note; payment method cannot be changed for specific proformas and is applied to all proformas going forward from date of payment method change
