How to enable SMTP authentication on Outlook 2003
1. Open Outlook 2003
2. From the Outlook “Tools” menu, select “Email Accounts”
3. Select “View or change existing email accounts” and press next.
4. Select your E-mail Account.
5. Click the "Change" button.
6. Click the “More Settings” button.
7. Select the "Outgoing Server" tab.
8. Turn on "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication", and select the "Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail".
9. Select Ok, Next then Finish buttons.
