Hosting - Update payment methods

 

There are a number of ways that you can make payments against hosting invoices, please see below for your options.

 

Automated Credit Card (preferred).

You can pay with a Credit Card loaded into our system, this is the recommended and preferred method.

 

To set this up or update this, you will need to log into the portal at https://www.accounts.enlightenhosting.com/ using your email address and password (if you've forgotten the password, feel free to use the password reset function). In there you can click the "Billing" button on the toolbar, "Payment Methods" and then you can add your new card in there.

Be sure to mark it as the default if you'd like to use it to make automatic payments.

 

Note that we will send you an email if your card is nearing expiry, please make sure your contact details are correct, to ensure you receive this.

Manual Credit Card:

You will need to log into the portal at https://www.accounts.enlightenhosting.com/ using your email address and password (if you've forgotten the password, feel free to use the password reset function).

You can now view your invoices, and make a manual payment.

Note that you can also make a payment over the phone in an emergency, contact our accounts department on +64 7 853 6060 (and select accounts).

 

Direct Credit:

Refer to the payment details on the Invoice, be sure to include the invoice number.  Accounts will process this as soon as possible, but please allow 5 working days.

 

Direct Debit:

If you would like to pay via direct debit, contact our accounts department on +64 7 853 6060 (and select accounts).  They can send you a direct Debit form.
