Click start.
Enter "control panel"
in the search bar top right enter "mail", and then click Mail (Microsoft Outlook)

Click show profiles

Double-Click the profile you want to add the email address to.
click email accounts
Click New
Click manual setup

Choose "Pop or imap" and click next

Enter data similar to the below (except your details and password)
Click more settings, then outgoing server and choose the setting shown.

Click OK, and then Next.

Back at the profiles page, tick "prompt for a profile to be used" and then click OK.
The next time you open outlook, you'll be able to see a new mailbox added and it will automatically begin to populate the email.
Open it, and you can copy or move email between email accounts.
If you are using this to restore email, I would suggest creating a new folder in the original mailbox, and then copying the restored email into there.
After that, you can detach the temporary mailbox again by removing it from the profile.
