Custom inbox rule - webmail

This Guide will help you set up an inbox rule on your mailbox, for example to set up a custom spam filter, or automatically sort email into folders.

  • Log in to web-mail via
  • Click Options
  • Click Mail, Rules, Add
  • Give it a name and Click Conditions
  • Choose your conditions - for example from: and Add in an address or wildcard

          Note that you can add additional lines with AND, OR operators

  • Click add


  • Click Actions
  • Decide what do do (for example, pick message and reject) and click OK


Click OK again.



This is a server side rule.  It will run even if you are not logged in.
